What design should I put on my flags & banners?
The key to using banners and flags as a successful marketing tool depends a lot on the design that you print on them. A good design will be bold, bright, and not too crowded. It should contain some text (make sure to include your business name or logo), as well as company colours if you have them. If the banners are for a particular purpose (e.g. a sale that you’re having), you can include this info, too.
It is important to make sure that any pictures that you would like to include on the banner are high resolution. Using lower resolution pictures can result in a grainy or pixelated final product – which makes your business look unprofessional.

What are marketing flags made of?
You’ll be assured that your new banners are long lasting as they’re made from storm cloth fabric, that’s weather and UV resistant, and comes with a 2 year warranty. The cloth is printed on both sides of each flag, with special UV inks developed for exterior use.
Bases are generally metal or metal alloy, depending on the style of base that you choose.
What are the different styles of display flags and banners?

Firstly, our flag signs for advertising come in a range of shapes. These include:
- Rectangular; a rectangular design, with the pole to one size of the rectangle.
- Teardrop; which extends straight up, then curves over into a half circle, and returns diagonally back to the main pole – like an upside down, pushed over teardrop
- Feather; which extends up again, and curves over to the side, but then heads straight down, curving in again at the bottom to create a feather shape
Then, we need to talk about the type of base that is used for the banner flag:
Water weighted base; a hollow base that can be used on almost all surfaces, and can be filled with water to weigh it down more if desired
- Cross feet base; a metal base, arranged in a cross design
- Star cross base; a metal base, similar to the cross feet base, but with thinner spokes
- Ground spike; a metal spike that can be inserted into the ground (grass, sand, etc.) for anchoring
- Flat metal plate base; a square, flat metal plate, heavy and suited to flat surfaces
We can also provide you with a circular water weight bag or a circular sand weight bag, both of which can be filled, then placed around the base to add extra weight to prevent the flag from tipping over due to being pushed or the wind playing up.

You can also purchase flags in variety of sizes, ranging from 2.5m, 3 m , 4m to 5m. The height of the banner that you choose depends on where you’re planning to display it.
